WINDURA INSTALLATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE WARRANTY
WINDURA warrants its products, service, and installation as follows, to the original purchaser:
WINDURA will conduct a free inspection of any work performed between the 1-year anniversary of completion, and the 2-year point at the homeowner’s request, and make any adjustment or maintenance procedure at no cost to the original purchaser. The intent behind this inspection is to confirm the integrity of the original installation and make any adjustments required after several season cycles. REPLACEMENT WINDOWS, PATIO DOORS, ENTRY DOORS, GLASS & EXTERIOR TRIM
WINDURA will facilitate the Manufacturer’s Warranty by ordering parts as required under Warranty coverage. If any window, patio door, entry door part, or exterior trim component is to be replaced under the Manufacturer’s Warranty as a no-cost part or product replacement, WINDURA will install the replacement parts or products at no charge, within two (2) years of original installation. After two (2) years, a minimum service charge will apply. If a part to be replaced has a cost due to expired Manufacturer’s Warranty, or any other factor, WINDURA may, at its discretion, quote a reasonable labor fee for the replacement.
WINDURA guarantees the original installation of all products for a period of two (2) years, beginning at the date of the completion of the project. Under this warranty, any operational problems, air or water leaks, or other problems reported by the customer will be inspected by WINDURA, and if faulty original installation has occurred, the product will be reinstalled or repaired by WINDURA at no cost to the original purchaser. Factors excluded from this warranty are abnormal settling of the home, vandalism, fire, ‘Acts of God’, or water leaks that may appear through the window or door in question, but originate at a point independent from the window or door and its related trim. After a period of two (2) years, WINDURA will continue to provide free inspections to any of its products at the homeowner’s request, but may, at its discretion, charge a modest service fee for any work performed, and the customer will be notified of these charges in advance of any work being performed.
