Daniel leads Windura’s team and business operations, helping ensure every customer experience reflects our commitment to doing what we say we will do. As a member of the leadership team, he focuses on supporting our people, strengthening our culture, and continually improving how we serve homeowners. Daniel stays closely connected to customers and believes clear communication and follow-through are just as important as quality craftsmanship.
With a background in finance from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University, Daniel spent much of his career building and leading teams within Fortune 500 companies before bringing that experience to Windura. He values working with a close-knit team and appreciates hearing feedback directly from customers.
What Daniel enjoys most about Windura is the opportunity to make a positive impact in the Kansas City community. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, paddling canoes, and spending time outdoors playing sports with his family.
As a part of the project consultant team, Drew helps ensure customers get the support they need when they need it. His favorite part of the process: seeing the transformation. It’s amazing how much windows and doors can do for your home. Drew spent six months replacing windows and doors on the Windura installation team so he knows the process from first-hand experience.
Drew typically spends his time on the weekends at the Lake of the Ozarks, watching the Chiefs, and spending time with friends. He earned his bachelors degree from Missouri State University. He loves traveling and even spent a semester of college abroad in Australia.
As a project consultant, Matthew works on the front lines, helping homeowners throughout the Kansas City Metro area imagine a new space and turn their ideas into reality.
Matthew enjoys building relationships with customers. He finds it rewarding to see a project through to the end and help customers fall in love with their home again with new windows and doors. The opportunity to work at a small, locally owned, value-driven business is what attracted him to Windura.
When not working, Matthew enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, spending time outdoors, and exploring the variety of parks around Kansas City. Matt earned his bachelors degree from Northwest Missouri State in Maryville. He has a growing collection of vinyl records and is always improving his cooking skills and trying new recipes.
Dustin is Windura’s Installation Director and a member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing window and door installations and making sure every project runs smoothly. An FGIA InstallationMasters®–certified professional, he brings hands-on expertise and clear communication to every job, helping homeowners feel informed and confident before work begins. Dustin takes pride in the details and in delivering results that make a real difference in the quality of our customers’ homes.
Brett serves as Windura’s Service & Operations Manager and is a valued member of our leadership team. With more than a decade at Windura, he brings deep experience across every stage of the installation process. Brett oversees post-installation service and follow-up, helping ensure each project is completed to our standards and that homeowners feel supported even after the work is done.
An FGIA InstallationMasters®–certified professional, Brett is known for solving complex challenges and guiding projects to a successful finish. He enjoys connecting with homeowners, answering questions, and making sure every detail aligns with their vision for their home.
Outside of Windura, Brett has a wide range of interests—from math and science to documentaries—and is a passionate animal lover. He supports local animal organizations and shares his home with his family, two miniature dachshunds, two basset hounds, and even a hedgehog.
Seth brings a diverse skill set and a steady leadership style to his role as Project Leader. After a decade in residential framing and several years maintaining multi-family homes, he developed a deep understanding of how buildings come together—and how to solve challenges when things don’t go as planned. As a certified FGIA InstallationMasters® installer, Seth leads Windura’s teams in the field, ensuring projects are executed with precision and homeowners are thrilled with the results.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Seth is the youngest of three siblings and stays closely connected with his family. He still jokes about his biggest regret—selling his Chiefs season tickets right before the team’s championship run! Outside of work, Seth enjoys watching football, camping, stargazing through his telescope, and sharpening his skills at the poker table.
David’s career spans over a decade in the remodeling industry, during which he has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of high-quality craftsmanship. As a certified FGIA InstallationMasters installer and a graduate of Hennepin County Technical College in Minnesota, he brings both accredited training and formal education to reinforce his solid foundation in the trade.
Originally from St. Paul, MN, David’s journey also includes a stint as a college baseball pitcher before starting his work as a carpenter. Outside of work, David enjoys quality time with his wife and baby daughter. The Geiger family loves grilling, watching hockey, and spending time together. They are also accompanied by their loyal black lab, ‘Sota, who completes their vibrant household.
Ian Lewis honed his craft working side by side with a master carpenter, developing a deep appreciation for quality workmanship and attention to detail. This early work set the foundation for earning his FGIA InstallationMasters certification, and over the years, he has contributed his skills to both small, custom residential projects and large-scale commercial jobs, including work for major universities. Ian takes pride in creating spaces that customers can use and enjoy every day, finding fulfillment in seeing a project through from start to finish.
Born and raised in California, Ian grew up in a small farm town on a walnut orchard just a mile from the beaches of Santa Cruz. His upbringing blended a love for the outdoors with an early passion for building and hands-on work. A lifelong sports fan, he grew up playing hockey and baseball, making him an enthusiastic supporter of the San Jose Sharks and a proud fan of the back to back World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time outdoors—whether golfing, fishing, or simply being around animals. His laid-back California roots and commitment to craftsmanship make him a valued member of the Windura team.
With several years of hands-on experience in the window and door installation industry, Darryl brings both technical expertise and a deep commitment to craftsmanship. As a certified FGIA InstallationMasters installer, he combines his broad construction knowledge with a passion for precision and quality in every project.
Originally from Washington State, Darryl is proud to call the Midwest home and to contribute his skills to Windura’s mission of delivering exceptional results. He finds great satisfaction in transforming spaces—bringing homeowners’ visions to life through careful, detail-oriented work and outstanding customer service.
Outside of work, Darryl is a devoted husband and father of four. Whether he’s exploring the outdoors, gaming with his kids, or enjoying a relaxed day with a cold beverage, family time is always his favorite. He’s also an avid sports fan and loves to unwind with a bit of fishing or friendly competition on the field.
Dean has over 20 years of experience in the installation industry. He specializes in carpentry work, as well as cutting and installing the exterior trim that brings the look of a home together. He loves working with a team that combines everyone’s talents to create something spectacular.
Dean loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. When he isn’t hanging out with his family, you can find him working with his hands. Fun fact: Dean built his home on his own from the ground up.
Before transitioning into residential construction, Dereck honed his skills in building maintenance. As a certified FGIA InstallationMasters installer, his diverse experiences have equipped him to tackle nearly any challenge with confidence.
A native of Kansas City, Dereck grew up as the eldest sibling in a family of three. When he’s not on the job, he indulges in his passion for cinema, with a particular fondness for horror movies. He also loves to explore new places, often choosing to do so on exhilarating cruises.
With approximately 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jonathan Howell brings extensive expertise in exterior projects to the Windura team. Specializing in windows, doors, and other exterior solutions, Jonathan takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and finds joy in the creativity his work offers.
Originally from Indiana, Jonathan has lived in seven different states, giving him a wide range of experiences and perspectives. He holds a degree in Business Management and has aspirations of one day starting his own company.
Outside of work, Jonathan stays busy with his family, which includes two sets of twins! When he’s not working or spending time with his family, you’ll find him enjoying outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, basketball, football, and soccer.
Originally from Kansas City, Mark Hopkins brings nearly 15 years of experience in remodeling to the Windura team. Skilled in a wide range of projects, Mark has a particular passion for carpentry, especially when it comes to building decks and taking on large-scale physical jobs. His hands-on expertise and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed with the highest quality craftsmanship.
When he’s not at work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and loves goofing off with his kids—he often says he’s a big kid at heart. Whether on the job or at home, Mark’s enthusiasm for building and creating shines through in everything he does.
Chris Crim brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a passion for perfection to the Windura team. As a certified FGIA InstallationMasters installer he brings a strong background in carpentry and general construction, Chris is a true craftsman at heart. His talent extends across multiple trades, making him a versatile and invaluable part of our installation team.
When he’s not helping homeowners enhance their spaces with expertly installed windows and doors, Chris enjoys rebuilding small engines, tinkering with hotrods, and delving into the details of how things work. A small-town Missouri native, Chris values family time with his three daughters and two dogs. You’ll often find them exploring parks, rivers, and hiking trails together, soaking in the beauty of nature.

Joey is a long-time member of the Windura team with 10 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He enjoys residential work because it allows him to engage directly with homeowners and see the impact of his craftsmanship firsthand. An FGIA InstallationMasters®–certified installer, Joey brings experience, precision, and a customer-focused approach to every project.
Originally from Manhattan, Kansas, Joey enjoys woodworking and playing video games in his free time. He has one brother and shares his home with his cat.
Wyatt brings several years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling to the Windura team. Having worked with investment companies and home builders, he’s gained exposure to nearly every aspect of remodeling. His favorite part of the job is framing and building—anything that allows him to see a project come to life from start to finish.
A Kansas City native, Wyatt grew up in the small town of Gower, Missouri. Today, he lives with his girlfriend Sara and their cat, Pepper. Outside of work, Wyatt enjoys watching movies, getting outdoors for a walk or a game of pickleball, and spending time with both his own family and Sara’s.
At Windura, Wyatt enjoys combining his construction skills with his passion for quality craftsmanship to help customers bring their visions to reality.
Bo is a skilled installer with more than 10 years of experience in carpentry and window installation. With a background in residential framing, he’s especially comfortable working up high and takes pride in the precision and craftsmanship that comes with structural work. Bo enjoys tackling challenging installs and making sure every detail is done right for the homeowner.
Originally from Drexel, Missouri, Bo spends his free time with his girlfriend, three kids, and their lively household of six dogs. When he’s not working on projects around the home or playing with the family, he enjoys unwinding with video games on his Xbox.
Zion is an installer who’s been steadily building his skills in carpentry and window installation over the past several years. He enjoys working with his hands, figuring things out, and taking pride in learning the craft the right way. Born in Illinois, Zion brings a thoughtful, problem-solving approach to every project.
Outside of work, Zion recently married his wife, Mackenzie, in 2025 and enjoys cruising and working on motorcycles. You’ll notice Zion stands tall in a crowd—and rumor has it Mackenzie has even been known to let a motorcycle live in the living room. His curiosity, enthusiasm, and hands-on mindset make him a great addition to the Windura team.
Jacob is an installer with three years of experience in carpentry and remodeling who is continuing to develop his skills in the window and door specialty trade. He brings a strong service mindset from his time with AmeriCorps, where he helped build homes for Habitat for Humanity, and later served as a project manager supporting Habitat communities in North Carolina. Originally from Louisburg, Kansas, Jacob takes pride in thoughtful, detail-oriented work.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys hiking, thrifting, woodworking, and watching movies. He also spends time with his 12-year-old British yellow lab, Aussie, who keeps him company whenever he’s not on the job.
Bonnie is responsible for managing Windura products from quote to order, marketing and configuring our software systems. She has spent most of her career in marketing and product management capacities, most recently at Hallmark and Commerce Bank. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management at North Carolina State University. Bonnie loves being able to identify areas where we can add efficiencies and improve processes.
Outside of work, Bonnie loves to spend time with family, stretch her creativity, read and dine al fresco. She is the “go to” person when an eagle eye is needed for editing or proofreading. She has recently been editing a friend’s book.
Sheila lives in Davao City, Philippines where she serves as Windura’s Virtual Assistant. She is responsible for database management, including cleaning up customers’ records, quoting, logging invoices and ship dates, and managing many critical administrative tasks that make our team more effective.
What she likes most about her job is being surrounded by helpful and supportive people. Because of the time zone differences, she is able to work during the night in U.S. time zones, and make valuable contributions for her team the next morning. When she isn’t working, you can find her binge-watching a TV series or hanging out with her family.
Dave Stecher retired in 2025 (official announcement). For more than 17 years Dave was an integral part of our company’s history, and his impact on our craftsmanship and culture can’t be overstated.
In retirement, Dave plans to spend more time with family and grandkids, work on projects around the house, and enjoy the open road on his Harley-Davidson. While he’s stepping back from day-to-day work, Dave will continue to support Windura by coaching and training our installation teams. As the only accredited FGIA InstallationMasters® instructor in the area, his continued involvement helps ensure our teams perform at the highest level and deliver the quality our customers expect.
