Daniel Lee

General Manager / Owner

Daniel oversees the business operation, connecting with our customers, looking for more great people to join our window and door installation team, and constantly improving our process for the future.  Daniel studied Finance at North Carolina State University and later earned his M.B.A. at Rockhurst University.  He spent most of his career creating, developing, and leading teams and departments for Fortune 500 companies.  He loves working with a close-knit team and hearing feedback directly from customers.

What Daniel enjoys most about Windura is that it allows him to leave a positive impact on Kansas City.  When he isn’t leading the team, you’ll find him traveling, paddling canoes, or playing sports with his family.

Drew Moore

Project Consultant

As a part of the project consultant team, Drew helps ensure customers get the support they need when they need it.  His favorite part of the process: seeing the transformation.  It’s amazing how much windows and doors can do for your home.  Drew spent six months replacing windows and doors on the Windura installation team so he knows the process from first-hand experience.

Drew typically spends his time on the weekends at the Lake of the Ozarks, watching the Chiefs, and spending time with friends.  He earned his bachelors degree from Missouri State University.  He loves traveling and even spent a semester of college abroad in Australia.


Matthew Fritsch

Project Consultant

As a project consultant, Matthew works on the front lines, helping homeowners throughout the Kansas City Metro area imagine a new space and turn their ideas into reality. 

Matthew enjoys building relationships with customers. He finds it rewarding to see a project through to the end and help customers fall in love with their home again with new windows and doors.  The opportunity to work at a small, locally owned, value-driven business is what attracted him to Windura. 

When not working, Matthew enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, spending time outdoors, and exploring the variety of parks around Kansas City.  Matt earned his bachelors degree from Northwest Missouri State in Maryville.  He has a growing collection of vinyl records and is always improving his cooking skills and trying new recipes.

Dave Stecher

Installation Director

For over 15 years, Dave has helped Windura exceed customer's expectations and transform homes, inside and out.  He has held several roles and has worn many hats.  Currently he serves as Installation Director helping to ensure our installations are the best in town.  He is an AAMA InstallationMasters® accredited trainer and teaches several classes on window installation each year to help others in the Kansas City area earn their certification.

Outside of work, Dave loves to ride motorcycles on the weekends and rehab houses.  Fun fact: He’s a lefty.


Brett Baughman

Project Leader & SME

As an AAMA InstallationMasters® certified installer, Brett is responsible for project performance and ensuring that customers expectations are exceeded. He has been involved in the carpentry trade nearly his whole life and has seen and solved just about every kind of remodeling challenge.  Brett has worn many hats for Windura over the last 10 years and currently serves as our subject matter expert helping the installation teams tackle complicated projects.  His favorite part of the window installation job is talking with homeowners and bringing their visions to life.  In addition to solving tough challenges that come with specialty projects, he helps newer team members find their fit in the company.

Brett loves math, science, and war documentaries. He’s an avid animal lover, ASPCA member, and KC Pet Project member.  His pets include 2 mini dachshunds, 2 basset hounds and 1 hedgehog.

Dustin Junkin

Project Leader

Dustin serves as a Project Leader, specializing in window and door installations. With his AAMA InstallationMasters® certification, Dustin ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. He takes pride in communicating with homeowners, answering their questions, and ensuring they understand the process before any work begins. Dustin loves being able to look back on a job well done, knowing he made a difference in the quality of someone’s home.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, dog, and friends. A hands-on person by nature, he likes working on his house, playing video games, and embracing outdoor adventures like mudding in his Jeep or riding his motorcycle. Known for his love of cars, especially those with loud mufflers, Dustin’s weekends are often filled with fun and excitement. His passion for both his professional and personal life is evident the first time you meet him.


Ryan Dowden

Project Leader

Ryan serves as Project Leader and is responsible for ensuring the project is exactly what our customer wants.  As a certified AAMA InstallationMasters® installer, he has an eye for detail and specializes in precision installation.  On top of the satisfaction of seeing a job done correctly, Ryan loves getting to improve the homes of our customers.

When he isn’t working, he enjoys all things outdoors. You’ll often find him riding a bike, running with his 3 dogs, or enjoying family time with his wife and daughter.  Fun fact: Ryan is an expert chef and loves to BBQ.

Installation Expert

Dean has over 20 years of experience in the installation industry.  He specializes in carpentry work, as well as cutting and installing the exterior trim that brings the look of a home together.  He loves working with a team that combines everyone’s talents to create something spectacular.

Dean loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.  When he isn’t hanging out with his family, you can find him working with his hands.  Fun fact: Dean built his home on his own from the ground up.


Seth Garvey

Installation Expert

Seth boasts a diverse skill set that makes him the go-to person for a wide range of projects. He honed his craft in residential framing for a decade and then lent his expertise to multi-family home maintenance for several years. This wealth of hands-on experience positions Seth as a valuable asset to the Windura team, equipping them to tackle any challenge they encounter in the field.

Born and raised in KC, Seth is the youngest of three siblings and remains close with his family. His most notable regret is parting ways with his Chiefs season tickets just before their dominant resurgence!  When he's not hard at work, Seth enjoys watching football, the outdoors, camping and gazing at the stars through his trusty telescope. He has aspirations to become a skilled poker player.

Originally from Washington State, Daryl is excited to bring his expertise to the Midwest. He takes immense pride in his work, particularly enjoying the hands-on aspect of quality craftsmanship and the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service.  He loves the process of transforming spaces and creating something new. 

Outside of work, Daryl is a dedicated family man. Married with four children, he loves spending quality time with his family, whether they're exploring nature or playing video games together. Daryl also enjoys playing sports, fishing, and unwinding with a cold beverage.

Before transitioning into residential construction, Dereck honed his skills in building maintenance. His diverse experiences have equipped him to tackle nearly any challenge with confidence.

A native of Kansas City, Dereck grew up as the eldest sibling in a family of three. When he's not on the job, he indulges in his passion for cinema, with a particular fondness for horror movies. He also loves to explore new places, often choosing to do so on exhilarating cruises.

David’s career spans over a decade in the remodeling industry, during which he has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of high-quality craftsmanship. His expertise is supported by a diploma from Hennepin County Tech College in Minnesota, reinforcing his solid foundation in the trade.

Originally from St. Paul, MN, David’s journey also includes a stint as a college baseball pitcher before starting his work as a carpenter. Outside of work, David enjoys quality time with his wife and baby daughter. The Geiger family loves grilling, watching hockey, and spending time together. They are also accompanied by their loyal black lab, 'Sota, who completes their vibrant household.

 


Jonathan Howell

With approximately 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jonathan Howell brings extensive expertise in exterior projects to the Windura team. Specializing in windows, doors, and other exterior solutions, Jonathan takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and finds joy in the creativity his work offers.

Originally from Indiana, Jonathan has lived in seven different states, giving him a wide range of experiences and perspectives. He holds a degree in Business Management and has aspirations of one day starting his own company.

Outside of work, Jonathan stays busy with his family, which includes two sets of twins! When he’s not working or spending time with his family, you’ll find him enjoying outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, basketball, football, and soccer.

Mark Hopkins

Originally from Kansas City, Mark Hopkins brings nearly 15 years of experience in remodeling to the Windura team. Skilled in a wide range of projects, Mark has a particular passion for carpentry, especially when it comes to building decks and taking on large-scale physical jobs. His hands-on expertise and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed with the highest quality craftsmanship.

When he's not at work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and loves goofing off with his kids—he often says he's a big kid at heart. Whether on the job or at home, Mark's enthusiasm for building and creating shines through in everything he does.


Bonnie Lee

Product Manager

Bonnie is responsible for managing Windura products from quote to order, marketing and configuring our software systems.  She has spent most of her career in marketing and product management capacities, most recently at Hallmark and Commerce Bank.  She earned her Bachelor's in Business Management at North Carolina State University. Bonnie loves being able to identify areas where we can add efficiencies and improve processes.

Outside of work, Bonnie loves to spend time with family, stretch her creativity, read and dine al fresco. She is the “go to” person when an eagle eye is needed for editing or proofreading. She has recently been editing a friend’s book.

Sheila Mae Holthe

Virtual Assistant

Sheila lives in Davao City, Philippines where she serves as Windura’s Virtual Assistant.  She is responsible for database management, including cleaning up customers' records, handling our social media accounts, logging invoices in the inventory, updating ship dates, and managing many critical administrative tasks that make our team more effective.

What she likes most about her job is being surrounded by helpful and supportive people.  Because of the time zone differences, she is able to work during the night in U.S. time zones, and make valuable contributions for her team the next morning.   When she isn’t working, you can find her binge-watching a TV series or hanging out with her family.
