The Marvin Story:
110 Years of Family Craftsmanship
Founded in 1912 by George Marvin in Warroad, Minnesota, as the Marvin Lumber & Cedar Company.
Under George’s son Bill Marvin, the business expanded in the 1940s and refined its focus to manufacturing high-quality windows and doors — a craft it continues to perfect today.
More than a century later, led by the third and fourth generations of the Marvin family, the company remains remains proudly family-owned and dedicated to doing business the right way — with integrity, innovation, and care for every homeowner it serves.
Founded in 2001 by Jeff Kinkade, Windura offered a broad spectrum of home improvement services including siding, decks, and glass replacement.
As the company grew under Jeff's leadership, and with the help of his son Kevin Kinkade, it honed-in on what it did best — expert window and door installation.
In 2020, Jeff passed the Windura torch to Daniel Lee, who was joined by his wife and senior partner, Bonnie Lee.
Today, the Lees uphold Windura’s legacy of quality through meticulous, certified employee installation practices and premium window and door products like Marvin.
