A room with a lovely new view in Leawood!

We recently helped a homeowner upgrade their aging picture windows and seat, and the stunning results speak for themselves! 

This charming nook was hiding extensive wood rot beneath the surface—something that’s often hard to spot without a trained eye. Once we uncovered the damage, our team removed the compromised structure and built a new solid wood base with a lovely seat board.

Then came the real showstopper: replacing four smaller mulled windows with one expansive picture window.  The new setup protects this formerly troubled spot to ensure it remains a bright, beautiful and safe highlight of the home.
