Hi friend, we’re putting together the final pieces of your project and wanted to cover a few things with you to make sure you’re prepared.

As a reminder, our target start date is start date. If we need to make any adjustments to the target date, we’ll be sure to let you know ahead of time.

You can expect to see us between 8 and 8:30am. Generally, we prefer to start with the most challenging aspects of a project first, such as the highest window or large complex shapes. Your project leader will greet you first thing in the morning to discuss the specific plans.

There’s not much you need to do to prepare for the installation. We will be happy to remove and replace window treatments, furniture, and anything else around your windows. We do, however, recommend you move anything nearby that is irreplaceable or sentimental to you.
